Picture this…
A bus full of college students trying to get to campus on time, which apparently is not happening due to the fact that the bus was late.
Next stop…
This elderly man comes on the bus and someone has to give up there sit for him. He comes in and immediately starts discussing the Purdue Football Team and how if they make it to Rose Bowl he is going no matter what the price of the ticket.
Please consider your imagination for a second…a really elderly man, about 5′9, with a Grateful Dead hat on his head, and a cute little 80’s button down.
Right in that moment I realized that I do want to grow old, probably not to see the Rose Bowl happen at Purdue, but to see other amazing events all over the world.
The joy of tiny moments that in some way, shape my life.
